This was made during my time studying in IDAS ( Hongik University ) in Seoul. Our teacher wanted us to experiment with shapes and material to create an object of art.
This project is the result of my experimentation with laser cutting.
The object is made out of different layer of wood with similar but not exact same shape.
The inspiration for the shape come from the design of cells from the human body. I wanted to give an organic structure to the object.
